Miami’s First International Arbitration Week to Showcase its Arrival as a Top-Tier Destination for Global Disputes
Miami is hosting its first ever international arbitration week and as a part of this, Miami partner Luis O'Naghten was interviewed by Law.com and Daily Business Review because of the Miami International Arbitration Society's (MIAS) involvement in the week. O'Naghten is the director of MIAS and has more than 30 years as a practicing international arbitration and commercial litigation attorney.
O'Naghten's is focused in the areas of energy, construction, telecom, infrastructure, international financial fraud, and corporate commercial disputes.
“The international arbitration community, more so than other parts of the legal profession, values academics,” said O’Naghten.
