In a story published by WNCN-CBS 17 in Raleigh, the North Carolina Lottery Commission held an Oct. 27 public hearing to discuss sports gambling and its future in the state of North Carolina. Nashville partner Tom Lee said at the meeting, "The question of what a game is or isn’t mimicking is not answered by these proposed regulations."
