BOCA RATON, Fla. — Michelle Tanzer, a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP's Boca Raton office, has been named to LatinVex's Top 100 Female Lawyers in Latina America list. 

Tanzer is chair of the firm’s Global Club and Branded Residences Group and co-chair of the Hospitality, Tourism and Leisure Team. She advises her club, community association, hotel operator and developer clients with projects in the U.S. as well as the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Latin America, and Asia. Her primary focus is negotiating, structuring, and amending the governance documents for golf, tennis, marina, polo, spa and fitness, tennis, and dining clubs as well as the merger, licensing, marketing, management, and consumer documents necessary for residential and resort communities, mixed-use projects, community associations, condominiums, and clubs of all types.

Tanzer was recognized among the Top 100 Female Lawyers and also was recognized in the area of Real Estate law. 

The recipients of this recognition were selected among women lawyers who focused their work in Latin America. The criteria for selection was a combination of factors, including recent track record on major deals and business, prominence of firm in Latin America and rankings, LatinVex's website said.
