BOSTON — Susan W. Davis, a partner in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s Boston has been named one of 10 winners of the Connect CRE 2023 Lawyers in Real Estate Awards for the Boston and New England Region. 

Davis is real estate lawyer who represents owners and investors in complex transactions involving all types of commercial real estate properties, including acquisitions, financings, sales and joint ventures. She also represents landlords and tenants in leasing matters involving office, retail and industrial facilities.

She co-founded NW Wire, a group created to foster business development and professional and personal connections among the women at the firm whose practices involve the real estate industry in 2023. She is a member of CREW Boston, which awarded her the Professional Service Award in 2017 for her professional excellence and commitment to service.
