Hron, a partner with more than two decades of professional legal experience, has joined the firm’s Boston office and the Venture Capital and Technology Team.

Hron is a business law attorney whose practice focuses on representing companies in general corporate matters, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and joint ventures. He also represents private equity and venture capital funds, angel investors, and financial institutions in connection with the financing of public and private companies.

Hron graduated from Harvard Law School and received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Political Science at Carleton College. An active member of the Boston Bar Association, he previously co-chaired the association’s Securities Law Committee from 2013 to 2015 and its Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Committee from 2015 to 2017.
