Among his notable experience, Barry was trial counsel in a bellwether jury trial defending the manufacturer of an orthopedic surgical device and served as support trial counsel on behalf of a medical device manufacturer in a jury trial involving alleged injuries sustained from transvaginal mesh. Barry serves on the national expert team in one of the largest multidistrict litigations in history, identifying and developing experts, preparing experts for depositions and trials, and defending and taking expert depositions.
