  • Managing, prosecuting, and maintaining U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios
  • Has experience in researching and analyzing trademark availability opinions, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, including drafting amendments and responses to examining attorneys, and trademark strategic counseling
