He has represented employers before federal and state courts and agencies in a variety of employment matters, including Title VII discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour class and collective actions, claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Family and Medical Leave Act, and noncompete and trade secret enforcement.
