  • Served as trial counsel for major medical device manufacturer in Multi-District Litigation bellwether trials
  • Has experience in coordinating product liability litigation, discovery, and technical issues on a national basis to ensure each individual matter is handled in a manner consistent with the overall litigation strategy
  • Has advised clients on risk management, insurance coverage, loss prevention, and litigation training and has knowledge of information management and the protection of trade secrets
  • Has tried 5 product liability medical device cases in the past 2.5 years
