Nashville partner Bob Wade will participate in the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) Anchorage Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference in Feb. 22-23. The conference will include topics on regulatory requirements, compliance enforcement, risk management, and maintaining an effective compliance program. Attendees will have the opportunity to earn live Compliance Certification Board (CCB) continuing education units (CEUs) and network with other professionals.

She has experience building strategic themes across multiple disciplines to tell clients' stories at trial. In addition, she counsels clients on litigation risk and strategy across a variety of jurisdictions and issues. She focuses on problem-solving for her corporate and insurance clients at every stage of litigation.
Along with tort litigation, Katherine devotes part of her practice to pro bono cases in the areas of social justice, special education, family law, and animal welfare. Katherine serves on the firm’s Pro Bono, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Associates, and Paralegal Committees. She is currently the DEI Liaison to the Associates Committee.
