Kaylen focuses her practice on securities and corporate law. She represents both investment banks and issuers in a wide variety of public and private offerings, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, Rule 144A offerings of equity or debt, and private placements. She has worked on numerous offerings for banks, financial services companies, REITs, financial technology companies and SPACs, among others. In addition to providing general corporate guidance, she also assists clients with a broad variety of transactional support, including private equity transactions, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
