  • A former Federal Circuit Law Clerk and United States Patent Examiner, Mark brings more than 30 years of experience litigating and resolving complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in courts across the United States, as well as before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the European Patent Office, and international courts, including those in Germany, Sweden, Italy, Japan, China, and Taiwan.
