  • Served as lead counsel on multiple medical provider, physician and payor disputes, including contract, antitrust, and M&A warranty litigation
  • Served as lead outside counsel in shareholder/partnership, contract, tax, and trade secret disputes
  • Counsels and litigates in both prosecution and defense of statutory and common law employment claims
  • As a former telecommunications company technical writer working with technology companies, has experience in software and system performance disputes
  • Represents lenders, collection/billing companies, and national sales and service providers and distributors in consumer finance and tort litigation in state and federal courts
  • Appeared in complex arbitrations governed by the American Arbitration Association, JAMS/Endispute, American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the National Arbitration Forum, and international (Asian and European) commercial arbitration tribunals
  • Lectures on shareholder rights and remedies, partnership, agency, business tort, and small business legal issues
