  • Co-champion of the Charlotte Triage Eviction Project leading a citywide team of volunteer attorneys who provide pro bono representation of low-income tenants facing issues of wrongful evictions, substandard living conditions, and recovery of security deposits. (2020–2023)
  • Whirlpool Corp. v. Filters Fast LLC, No. 3:17-cv-00601 (W.D.N.C.). Trial counsel for Whirlpool in 2019 trademark infringement and unfair competition case resulting in jury verdict of $5.8 million in favor of Whirlpool.
  • More than 20 years of experience representing automobile, trucking, and other consumer product manufacturers in product liability litigation.
  • Conducted more than 100 accident investigations on behalf of clients arising out of heavy equipment, automobile, and trucking accidents including numerous catastrophic personal injuries and fatalities.
  • Assisted clients with numerous OSHA investigations arising out of workplace accidents.
  • North Carolina counsel for national heavy equipment rental company for matters related to catastrophic personal injuries and fatalities.
  • Served as regional counsel for large pharmaceutical company in mass tort litigation.
