The conference will include topics on regulatory requirements, compliance enforcement, risk management, and maintaining an effective compliance program. - Successfully obtained judgments in favor of a Florida county in protecting its “Rural Area” in a dispute over its development boundary, in a case garnering national media attention.
- Obtained an eight figure settlement in an intellectual property and commercial contract dispute in representing a Florida County over its high tech manufacturing hub.
- Represented one of the nation’s most prestigious “AmLaw 5” law firms as part of multi-billion dollar Federal Court litigation.
