  • Advocated on behalf of national and regional wireless carriers in various FCC rulemakings related to USF programs, such as the ACP (formerly the Emergency Broadband Benefit), Lifeline, and the Emergency Connectivity Fund (ECF).
  • Led working groups for members of a national wireless trade association on wireless emergency alerts and the Universal Service Administrative Company’s (USAC) national verifier.
    • Advocated for regulatory policy at the federal and state level on a wide range of issues, including spectrum policy and public safety proceedings.
    • Monitored and provided information to member companies on regulatory developments in communications law.
