We act as discovery counsel for 16 defendants in an antitrust MDL, providing discovery and review counsel services. We’re handling data and integrated discovery related to a cyberattack MDL on behalf of 13 companies facing hundreds of putative class actions related to one of the largest cyberattacks in history.
